At Evexia we value our patients and understand the importance of being covered Insurance providers. Below is a list of some of the plans we participate in. However, if you do not see your Insurance company below, please let us know and we can contact your plan regarding becoming a participating provider. If I am not an in network provider for your plan, I am happy to print off a super bill so that you may submit it to your insurance for any out of network benefits.

While most insurance companies have coverage for Chiropractic care, some plans have limited benefits. And, because each Insurance company has many different plans it’s best to contact us to verify your insurance coverage so that you know exactly what is covered. You may also contact your insurance carrier or check their website for in-network providers.
Discount Medical Plan Information
Evexia Family Chiropractic offers affordable prices to our patients and insurance is not required to be one of our patients. However, we do participate with Chiro Health USA. While this is not an insurance policy, the plan provides discounts for patients that need chiropractic care that either do not have insurance coverage, are under-insured or do not have chiropractic care benefits on their existing insurance policy.
